She watches a Mascot Competition with other Squirrel Scouts in "Mascot Madness". In "Hard Days Samson" Patsy chases with her friends Samson. In "Squirrel Scout Slinkman" she plays tennis with [[Poodle Scout (Squirrel Scout)\|Poodle Scout]]. In "Cheese Orbs" she considers Gretchen as a very good friend of hers. They have a semi-rivalry with each other, as seen on certain occasions throughout the series. Gretchen helps Patsy with getting Nina, another one of her friends, back from a trio of aliens. She has an allergy to cheese, using this reaction to great effect when she eats cheese to bloat up and tricks Nina into thinking Patsy is an alien, calling herself Gorgonzola.
